OK. From the Tech Support files: late yesterday, we had a call from a new hire who was looking for the laptop he ordered. We contacted Field Support at his office. A short while later, they told us that the problem was solved. The associate was sitting at the wrong desk. His laptop had been waiting for him at his company-assigned desk, but he had chosen to sit somewhere else.
I'm sure there are people out there who can beat this... :)
